On December 10, 2024, the NRC issued a notice of violation to PSI Wireline (licensee), for one severity level (SL) III violation. The SL III violation involved the export of special nuclear material to the Democratic Republic of Congo, which was not authorized under a specific license, as required by Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 110 “Export and Import of Nuclear Equipment and Material.”
